Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any SALE items and bespoke or personalised items as these were made specifically for you and cannot be re-sold.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unworn and in perfect condition. 

It is advisable to send items tracked or signed as 'Sense of Pawfection' does not accept responsibility for items lost within the postal system.

Once the item has been received and examined, you will receive a refund for the item only to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for paying return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. 

Please email me in the first instance at sopawfection@gmail.com to arrange a return. 

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size item and wish to exchange it, I will happily do so as long as I have more fabric left to make a new item. Please email me in the first instance at sopawfection@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. 

You will need to return the item in perfect, unworn condition. It is advisable to send items tracked or signed as 'Sense of Pawfection' does not accept responsibility for items lost within the postal system.

Once the item has been received and examined, you will receive a refund for the item only to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for paying return postage when ordering the wrong size.

In the meantime you may re-order your item in the correct size or you may prefer to wait until you have received the refund for the first item.

Refunds

Refunds can only be made through the original payment method. You will be notified when a refund has been made but it may take 7-10 days to show in your account. The length of time a refund takes to be processed through your account is not within my control.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong size has been sent by mistake, please email me in the first instance at sopawfection@gmail.com to discuss. A replacement will usually be offered if it is still available. 

When purchasing an item, it is the purchaser/owners’ responsibility to check the item before use and regularly thereafter to make sure it is still in full working order and safe for their pet.

Discontinue use immediately if a defect, damage or issue is found with the product. Items should be replaced by the owner at the first sign of wear and tear, damage or unsuitability. It is not the responsibility of ‘Sense of Pawfection’ for general wear and tear.
