All my items are handmade to order and I aim to fulfil purchases within a week. However, at busy periods this may take a little longer, so your patience is much appreciated.

Items from the Dogasaurs Collection are 'ready-made' and available for immediate dispatch.

UK Shipping Fees

• Orders under £20 cost £3.25
• Orders under £60 cost £3.95
• Orders over £60 will be delivered FREE. 

Orders will be shipped through Royal Mail. Customers will receive details once the parcel has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for supplying a correct address and keeping their information up to date on PayPal. The customer will be responsible for paying any extra postal charges incurred due to an incorrect address given.

Outside the UK 

We ship via Royal Mail which will update on its route to the customer. 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the UK, based on weight and country. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
